71833 Ras and Arin’s Super Storm Jet review

released for the winter of 2025 we Ras and Arin’s Super Storm Jet given set number 71833 the set contains three minifigures, 510 pieces and retails for £44.99 or $49.99

opening the box you will find 6 numbered bags a sizable sticker sheet and your instruction manual

stating of with the minifigures you get Arin in his brand new suit for winter 2025 which has brilliant torso and leg print making him a great figure to add to your collection this version of arin also appears in Dragon Spinjitzu Battle Pack 71826 which retails for £17.99 making this set a more expensive way to get this version of Arin also worth noting is he is due to appear in issue 128 of the Ninjago magazine set for release on 29/5/2025.

as for lord Ras this version appeared in the summer 2024 sets but both of the sets he came in were well over £100 making this set a more affordable way to get this lord Ras who has a brilliant design with arm printing unfortunately in this set he does not include his armor piece .

next up we have a Dragonian warrior is a nice minifigure he does come in lots of sets and has a brilliant new armor piece, helmet and wings and is a great minifigure to get a few extra off to build your army of them

in addition to the three minifigures you get a baby dragonian which is a very nice extra.

the side build of the set is a flyer which uses a black and purple color scheme and is nothing special but is an fine extra to the main build which it can connect to

the main build is Arin’s jet which is a very nice build starting off at the front of the jet you will find a cockpit to put your Arin minifigure in a play feature of the cockpit is it can detach from the rest of the jet becoming like an escape craft .

the main part of the jet has a seconded cockpit you can put your Lord Ras minifigure in if you don’t want him flying the drone the main part of the jet also includes some spring-loaded shooters which is always a fun play feature. As for the wings in the set they use dark blue bright orange and black as a color scheme which looks great but i would not recommend holding the jet by one wing. the back of the jet looks good with two wheel pieces used as engines unfortunately there are some red pieces used which really stick out on the back when the flyer is not attached also i am personally not keen on the purple thrust coming out of the wings but these can easily be removed.

overall i think this a great set for £44.99 you get your moneys worth with the jet it would have been nice to see more than 3 minifigures though in a set that costs £44.99 links below to places you can buy the set in UK and USA.

you can also find the set for around £34.99 sometimes also this set is currently scheduled to retire at the end of 2025 meaning if you want this set i would recommend picking it up by October due to Christmas shopping in November and December retirement date could always change to.
