It’s hard to say if this a spinner or not but it is still a nice little build anyway there are three of these releasing on June 1st this one being Lloyd’s
The set it’s self is split into two different parts the first being the spinner the second being a shrine with a dragon ball on it
the Lloyd figure is exclusive to the set
